Brian W. Morgan

Brian brings over two decades of legal experience and an unwavering commitment to achieving high quality legal results for his clients. Over the course of his career, Brian has also helped shape important legal policies and has trained other attorneys across the country. He’s been published widely and invited to speak at legal education seminars because of his depth of knowledge and reputation for excellence. Brian’s contributions to the legal field have been nationally recognized. He is among a select group of fewer than 150 attorneys nationwide admitted as a Fellow to the College of Community Association Lawyers—an honor that reflects his dedication to excellence and ethical practice.

Brian graduated with honors from Brigham Young University and earned his law degree from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Utah, and has proudly served clients in both states since the late 1990s. He recognized his passion for the law early on in his career.
